Inside Sales Specialist - 4 

  • Identify, contact, and qualify inbound and outbound leads interested in TEZZONIX certifications and courses.

  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to nurture prospects.

  • Drive conversion from enquiry to enrolment/admission by guiding prospects through the certification sign-up process.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.

  • Maintain accurate prospect and sales activity records in the CRM system.

  • Provide weekly updates on leads, conversions, sales pipeline status, and insights to the Sales & Marketing teams.

  • Freshers with a BBA/MBA degree or Certification in Business, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a related field.

  • Strong aptitude in academic advising, consultative sales, B2B sales, and the EdTech industry

  • Skilled in building relationships, identifying clients, professionals, and students' needs, and delivering tailored solutions.

  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Marketing, other Social Media Marketing, and Online Marketing

  • Experience with Digital Marketing and Web Analytics tools

  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Knowledge of emerging trends and techniques in digital marketing

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage tasks effectively

  • Passion for technology and eagerness to learn and apply AI-driven marketing tools

Junior Scrum Master

Role Description

  • This is a Part-time remote role for a Junior Scrum Master at Tezzonix. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or a Developer and demonstrate a basic understanding of Agile principles and practices. As a Junior Scrum Master, you will report to the Senior Scrum Master and support our development teams in delivering high-quality software solutions efficiently and effectively.

  • The Junior Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating sprint ceremonies, promoting effective communication among team members, resolving conflicts, and collaborating with software development teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects. This includes guiding the team in Agile practices, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, with support from the senior scrum master and Product Owner.

  • Agile Scrum knowledge

  • Any experience with similar Project Management tools like JIRA, ASANA, TRELLO, etc

  • Analytical Skills and Communication abilities.

  • Experience in Software Development
