Tezzonix Return & Refund Policy

Tezzonix is committed to providing high-quality training, certifications, and services. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to:

  • Online courses and training programs offered via TezzAcademy

  • Certification programs

  • Digital learning materials

  • Consulting or professional services (unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement)

2. Digital Products & Online Courses

As Tezzonix primarily offers digital and online services, all purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

However, refunds may be considered under the conditions outlined below.

3. Refund Eligibility

A refund request may be eligible if:

  • The request is made within 2 days of purchase, and

  • The learner has not accessed more than 5% of the course content, and

  • No course completion certificate has been issued

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • A significant portion of the course has been accessed

  • The learner has downloaded course materials

  • A certificate has already been generated

  • The dissatisfaction is due to personal expectations not aligned with the course description

4. Instructor-Led Training (ILT) / Live Sessions

For live or scheduled training sessions:

  • Cancellation less than 2 days before the start date:
    → No refund

  • No-shows or missed sessions are not eligible for refunds

5. Certification Fees

Certification or assessment fees are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-transferable, unless explicitly stated otherwise

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be granted at Tezzonix’s discretion in cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Technical issues preventing course access that cannot be resolved

  • Cancellation of a course by Tezzonix

All such decisions are final.

7. Refund Process

  • Full name

  • Registered email address

  • Course or service name

  • Reason for the refund request

Approved refunds will be processed within 30-60 business days to the original payment method.

8. Policy Changes

Tezzonix reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised policy.
